I believe this was the current sketch of the time..I absolutely love how it came out!!!
Especially since this was one of the first stamp sets that I had to have and I so rarely use it because I have such a hard time using it!

Oh...the happy happy happy and birthday are embossed...it adds an additional somethin somethin..

Stamp: Can't remember the brand but it's a pretty common one..
