Holiday Planner

I struggled with this project. I love notebooks and anything paper related, so I absolutely had to make a planner. I believe I had 3 different prototypes before I finally settled on this design. I really wanted something more like a notebook but since I'm not in possession of a Bind-It All yet...I had to improvise.

Here is the front:

Then the inside:

And the tabs...I'm leaving those blanks and letting the new owner decide what she wants to use them for.

I wish I could have made it more detailed but there wasn't too much time left for me to create Excel spreadsheets for addresses or gift lists.

Overall, I'm quite excited with it!

These are the two sets I'll have at the Craft Show. Great teacher present if you ask me!

Christmas Cards I

Talk about stressed. This is my first time doing a craft show and our first time at this venue.

This is one set of the cards that I will be selling. I absolutely love creating this wreath with the Snowflake Spot and who doesn't love some bling?

Simple, perhaps, but I like that about it. Sometimes when things have a lot going on, I can never decide. Honestly, it's the holly that makes me say WOW.

These will be sold in packs of 10.

Supplies:
Whisper White cardstock
Certainely Celery ink
Mellow Moss ink
Real Red ink

Gift Bags

Who else is horrible at wrapping presents!? I think the boyfriend does a much better job than I do and therefor he usually is in charge of the wrapping!

That's why the gift bags are my best friends. Normally super cute and who cant throw in some tissue paper?! The only draw back on gift bags is that they can get pricey!

These brown bags were picked up in the Clearance section of either Jo-Ann's or Michael's, 10 for $5! What a steal!

I was a little skeptical at first because Peaceful Wishes isn't normally a stamp set I fall for but there is just something simple and elegant about it. Plus, it's perfect for those that don't celebrate "Christmas".

I was quite taken aback by the end result. What a stunning gift bag! A few details you can't see in the pic (I'm working on the picture taking!): the rectangle pieces have chocolate chip sponging on the edges and the square pieces were distressed using SU's distressing tool.

And because I am time deprived, I like things in kits. Therefor, I decided to add cello bag is filled with 2 sheets of tissue paper, and a small card. What are you gonna do with a gift bag that doesn't have tissue paper or a card?! It's like opening that much desired toy on Christmas morning and realizing that you don't have any batteries for it! ..applause.... Everything at your finger tips, ladies and gents, and at half the cost!

Supplies:
Real Red card stock
Very Vanilla card stock
Kraft card stock
Glorious Green ink
Real Red ink
Chocolate Chip ink

Glass Ornaments

I don't know how it is in your family but in mine I would always receive a new ornament for Christmas. It would typically be the Daughter one from Hallmark although there are a few years where that wasn't the case because I or my mom disliked the featured figurine.

Because these are super cute, and relatively fast to create, I volunteered to make the large glass bulbs.

This is one, of many, that my friends and I will be selling at the Craft show at the end of the month. Of course they'll be filled with snow to add to the elegance. Unfortunately, I totally forgot to take a picture of one filled with snow before I dropped them off at HQ. ;)

We will also be selling smaller ones that we're filled with re-inkers and then drizzled with Dazzling Diamonds! Since I wasn't in charge of those, I have no pictures but hopefully once we have the booth set up I can take one. Those are probably my favorite!

Supplies:
Black Staz-On
Acetate sheet
Coluzzle
retired SU stamp
Glass Bulb (preferably from the Dollar Tree since they seem to be thicker glass than the ones from Michael's)
